WCC: I need more details...hard to get only works on guys that are actually hard to get..cocky, self absorbed or just generally super hot and I know it kind of guys. Regular Joe's need to know that you're interested.
Then I need to know if you want a relationship with this guy or if you're just looking for someone to fool around with...If you're not looking for anything serious, I suggest YOU make the first move. However if it's a relationship you're looking for you're going to need to let him be the man and make the first move.
